Upon completion of this programme, learners will:

In addition to running the day-to-day operations of the hospital, participants will also gain advanced skill sets necessary for strategy formulation and implementation, thereby enabling them to contribute to the long term growth and success of their organizations
Employed professionals in the healthcare industry, holding an Integrated First Degree of BITS Pilani or its equivalent/ MBBS or its equivalent, with at least one year of relevant work experience. Professionals having a 3 year undergraduate degree along with postgraduate qualifications in medical, alternative medical, paramedical, healthcare management, and allied fields may also apply.

During the third semester of the programme, participants are provided a unique opportunity to experience first-hand the administration of a modern hospital via a hospital immersion component. This is spread across visits to CMC, Vellore and Bombay Hospital, Mumbai of about 10 days each, wherein the participants interact with industry professionals and learn first-hand how to efficiently run the day-to-day operations and manage the various functions of a large hospital including Finance, Billing, HR, Customer Service, Hospital Supplies, and General Administration.
The programme is of four semesters, with online classes conducted mostly on weekends or after-business hours.
Semesters 1, 2 and 3 cover four courses each. The 4th semester comprises of an Elective and Dissertation/ Project Work.
The Dissertation/ Project Work in the final semester enables participants to integrate and synthesize their learning's by applying the concepts and techniques learnt during the programme to solve a real life healthcare situation.
The programme uses a Continuous Evaluation System that assesses the learners over convenient and regular intervals. Such as system provides timely and frequent feedback and helps busy working professionals stay on course with the programme
